Many materials in the Liturgical Music Resource are available as a free download to PSALM Members and to non-members alike. Users are, nevertheless, encouraged to support PSALM’s ongoing efforts to continue providing additional resources and to help defray the costs of maintaining this website with a tax-deductible donation.
Fee-Based Downloads
Some materials require the payment of a licensing fee for downloading. The license allows the user legally to make 5 copies of each page downloaded; if you need to make more than 5 copies, you must obtain additional licenses. (Please use the honor system.) A portion of the licensing fee is used to pay royalties to the composer, editor, or publisher who contributed a particular title to the Liturgical Music Resources; the remainder goes to support the costs of maintaining this website.
The pricing structure for various pieces is based upon their length and assumes that the user will be making a total of five copies of the downloaded material (for 5 books or 5 music stands). The prices can be summarized as follows:
