- Create Marketing Committee
- Develop three-year Marketing Plan
- Communications develop plan for connecting the various emerging departments of PSALM to each other and to the circle of potential constituents outside the organization. (Board of Directors, Advisory Council, Hierarchs, clergy, PSALM members, e-list members, visitors to the website, workshop participants, young musicians, donors, parishes, etc.)
3. Fundraising
- Create Fundraising Committee
- Develop Fundraising Plan for three years (by Fundraising Committee)
- Begin to develop donor base and pursue major donors/grants.
4. Resources
- Work with regional representatives to identify what kind of resources already exists and what resources need to be created.
- Develop plan for the creation of training materials specific to needs of Orthodox musicians.
5. Education
- Appoint National Events Chairperson to coordinate regional events
- Recruit Regional Events Coordinators to plan PSALM workshops over next 3 years
- Develop Guidebook for Planning Regional Workshops
- Develop workshop curriculum and list of PSALM approved workshop instructors/clinicians.
6. Membership
- Set up regional structure including National Chairperson and Regional Representatives
- Develop plan for recruitment, including programs targeted to specific segments such as young musicians and clergy.
- National conference set date, begin planning
